I noticed that i can switch from N to D without pressing the button, is it normal?
Only happen from N to D

It's normal for all autobox, especially the non-gated ones

Bro, i jst went to Ford service center and check it out, they said is normal for N to D without lock. But D to N is lock + D to L also locked.
