interesting observation... btw I did some research and found out the inspira's boot space isn't as spacious as it should cos proton used space-wasting foam to help raise the boot floor to accomodate a full-sized spare wheel (the lancer uses a space-saver). however the spare wheel was a generic black-painted steel one, which makes you wonder why did they even bother with the added weight and space used

Latest update: My Fiesta delay again... after making me wait since November, now they say car batch came in, but dun have the color I requested (despite telling me to wait all this while due to my said choice). Seriously, I'm quite disappointed with SDAC. They keep making promises but continue failing to deliver. Now I have to wait till February for the 2012 model they say... sigh.

i pity u bro, mine also the same at first.i want a red Fofi but the said have to wait for 2 weeks, then it become 1 month and when the red Fofi is in the showroom i was damn happy..but they said 1 guy bought it for cash! n they sold it to him..damn,.,, then i just grab the silver color and change it to what it was now.. kinda happy..jus a share..

yeah bro, my SA asked if I wanted black. so thought about it overnight, and also considered a red one too. I felt these two colors were pretty sexy too. but anyways, received a call from the SA about noon, might have some good news. update soon Smile

hehe thanks... well, it's kinda complicated, it's not only bout the waiting.

cos I have a number plate that's gonna be transfered from my brother's car to mine, and his will have the new registration number instead. prob is, JPJ now only allows you to keep the number for a month, and I have renewed it twice (not sure what's the limit, 3 months max I think). with the SA not keeping the delivery dates right, there's a danger of having the new number just 'burn' and hafto undergo the process all over again.

and of course, with time running your eyes also get tempted with other makes and models... hehe...

Hehe no worries... car unit already secured, but now having lots of problems with the registration + JPJ + transfer of no.plate + puspakom... T__T

Family said: "with all these problems and costs even before purchasing, this car better be worth it".

Well, I sure hope so too... hopefully can settle everything by this month...

So I've used up a good 20mins of my time to read 3 pages of posts for this topic. I never thought that getting a fofi will take much of its owner's patience. However, considering the natural disaster and maybe SDAC's internal process that can contribute to the delay I can say that my wife (the proud owner of blue colour fofi HB) was very lucky to get hers within 2 weeks upon loan approval. It was smooth sailing from booking > loan > JPJ inspection & registration > handover (last tuesday).

Hope things will go smoothly (as it is already now) for u raptorclans. Very Happy
