Why choose (Fofi) sedan instead of the hatchback?

i'd say,
"i NEED the boot space". collected my sedan Fofi on 28 january 2011, 2 days later my cute baby girl delivered by my wife. well, this car not merely for me, but for the 3 of us now.

went back to kampung, the baby's bakul already fill half the boot capacity. lucky i don't have stroller yet.

now that i think about it, there's another reason i would say... "no money lor...". new baby want to use money, new house also need lots of money. moved in to new house in mid Jan 2011. all saving went to the house's downpayment, + i've sold all maxis, kencana shares. and early this week i got a cheque for divident from kencana petroleum, amounting to RM0.10 (ten cent only), being holding balance of 20 units. haha... so, yes... "cannot afford to buy the HB, out of money already.."

so, what's your story?

I believe sedan is family car and hatchback sport car suitable couples....
My main reason is becouse of space.....

My story? The 'want' to own a sedan, after progressing through a kancil (first car) -> kelisa -> myvi. Price factor played a small role, as well as availability of stock; my black mica sedan was at the stockyard the day I booked. all-in-all, 8/9 days from booking to receiving my baby.

i'm starting with Kancil too, 850 auto to be precise. 2001 2nd hand car, twice installment. good car, despite some say FC is high. well, thanks to that Kancil, i managed to tackle my ex-gf (now wife). now Fofi's turn. hehe

Hahaha. Am I the only one here that likes Sedan simply because Hatchbacks just doesn't catch my eyes? LOL!!!!

If Ford decides to release Fiesta Sedan and HB with exact same features and yet Sedan cost a couple of thousands more I would have still went for Sedan. For me is not because of boot space or anything. =P

I like cars like Skyline, Civic, Mazda 6, that has a flatter and more squarish rear. Roadsters like TT, MX5 all those also attracts me.

None of the hatchbacks sports car (modified or original) catches my eyes. =P

My friends can go all "gaga" over a modified VW Golf but I'll just take a peak and "whats so nice about that....".

So yeah, i chose Sedan over HB simply because of that. Not my "cup of tea". HAHAHA!

Fofi HB made me confused, i think its because the Gymkhanna. many bought the white fofi, maybe in future they'll have decals to make it similar to Gymkhanna thing.

Do not worry,FT-86 has come ,instead the "Toufu car ".How ever AE86 nick as "Old But Gold".

sedan - for family

Agree. LOL. With more and more hatchback owners, finding a Sedan would be more rare! =P

i don't know if:
- sedan owner too shy to share their issue with their Fofi.
- or the issues very similar to those HB.
- or there's really not much issues with sedan version.

HB people will tell you, Sedan don't have those features hence no issue... =P

but, too good to be true. there should be 'lemon' somewhere.

i want HB..but my gf ask me to take sedan..she said, for long journey balik kampung and we need space during hari raya..

26 yo..not thinking about family yet loh..dont said sedan for family ma..
but i look mature when drive my sedan..

i choose sedan bcoz of space and the feature very gud. hv 7 airbags, rim 15inch (can save money if want too change new tyres), more space for boot. At first i want hb but when think back for future i bought sedan n now i really luv n enjoy the ride

Yeah also from far, I feel that Fista Sedan = Mondeo look alike due to same family~~

That's because the rear tail lamp was designed based on the pre-Ecoboost Mondeo. That gives it a slight mini-Mondeo look.
