engine oil dripping Empty engine oil dripping

went for my first service @ ford service centre jalan pending, kuching sarawak a week ago...today I noticed the engine oil drips out from filter area, and the engine oil metered half the first mark of engine oil indicator already...
waste of time, and might be waste of petrol, money too...will go and complaint tomorrow.

my question: will it be safe for me to still drive the car over?
do i need to top up the oil first? what do you think they will give me? new sets of filter & engine oil?
this is my first time servicing car.

Try top up the oil to recommended level. See if you can get Castrol Magnatec 5W-30 on the shelf cos that's what SC gives. Can't have your engine running too low on oil.

I can't find the oil omw to the centre...but i reached the centre safely.

The counter guy Chow ( i think i got the name wrong) immediately came to my service. I asked to enter the workshop and was allowed to observe them working.

Chow is not just a regular counter guy he did the check up and cleaned the engine bay from oil marks. Even the mechanics are friendly. they cleaned the engine and changed the filter, topped up the engine oil, and tighten every loose nuts and bolts they can find. These all were FOC.

With this kind of friendly service I dun feel angry at all, and it was enjoying seeing they work on my car.

4 thumbs up...

the car feels awesome after the service and when i am more confident with the engine, more pickup, lower fuel computer figures, and I LOVE FOFI!
