Steam/white smoke from engine/radiator area

I hate this. Rushing my 3 months FoFi home 30 km from office in Gambang. Upon arriving to my house around 5:30 pm, steam/white smoke come out somewhere from engine/radiator area. Whistling sound like one from steamer is clearly audible till now, for nearly 45 minutes. Called my SA, but hopeless, with excuses e.g. insurance not cover towing service etc.

Anybody experience this before? Extremely annoying...

Better get a mechanic to come have a look at it dude. Over heated?

It happened around 530 pm, hence service centre didn't answer my phone call. SA is hopeless. For unknown reason, there is no warning sign on dashboard indicating any problem at engine etc.

Why do you call your SA? They dont know anything. There is hotline number you should call (for towing/breakdown), I would bring it to SC for further inspection.

Just figure out AutoConnexion Voice 24/7 towing service. But hey... they want to charge me for towing, at least RM150. Extremely poor service. No onsite assistant at all.

And also, I had a quick check underneath my car. There is a serious leakage underneath radiator. Oily, yet clear. Extremely frustrated now...

Radiator cracked... Or clips loose perhaps

Thanks God, and Ford. My 3 months old FoFi finally cruises the road today in normal condition. The problem is actually with air-cond radiator, it was leaking. The car was drivable last week w/o air-cond.

Credit to Ford HQ and also Seri Mutiara Ford Service Centre in Kuantan, especially the manager and bro Shah. Everything is covered by warranty. But the selling team should do better in giving correct information for your customer.
