Hi there, I'm Salleh ... i just got my FOFI Beta last friday this car is awesome... i really enjoy it.. hahhaha.. btw, i'm staying in n9 .. so maybe can get some advice others on how to maintain or to keep this fofi fit....lol...

Rodk9291, first thing to do is to get a strut bar for your front bonnet. Very vital! this will keep your front engine stress-free when taking cornering. Look for Ultra-Racing strut bars. I live around BU area, not too sure where n9 is. I'm in petaling jaya, you?

Helllooo fela fofians! Edie from damansara here. Placed a booking of Ford Fiesta last week, loan approved and now waiting to collect the car only Really can't wait to be a fofi owner^^

Btw quite a nice community we have here, this site has been one of (thousands) reasons to get this car and i hope i won't regret it

did you install only strut bar? cos i'm interested to install front strut bar and also considering installing either rear torsion bar or rear lower bar. After few months of driving the car, I'm planning to improving the handling further by adding on addition UR stuff into 'missing area' instead replacing existing parts such as front anti-roll bar.

After few months of driving the car, I'm planning to improving the handling further by adding on addition UR stuff into 'missing area' instead replacing existing parts such as front anti-roll bar.

The fiesta is already a very stable car, i installed a front strut bar as well as two side(right/left) strut bars under the chassis. Erhm, don't add to many bars to your car because it will increase the weight of the car, hence decreasing it's acceleration. Friend recommended a front strut bar would do the trick. But since i love taking hard corners, i added the side ones.

Yeah man thanks for the heads-up, I don't plan to add too many chassis strengthening stuff and unless there's a way to get a bolt-on kit under the hood in the future. heh.

I've installed the UR front strut bar at Kakimotor, the Koh guy is quite friendly and courteous. Now the car feels good when entering and exiting corners. Might consider to stiffen up the rear end when I increase the engine output in the future, for now it's cool. Thanks for the contact man.

did anyone here know what is the grade of the 3M tint they provided? the SA keep ask me to get the XTR, i know he can get commission from tint shop. so he keep telling me the 3M tint they installed are lousy one...

Maybe you could refer to http://solutions.3m.com.my/wps/portal/3M/en_MY/AutoFilm/Home/Products/Comparison/. I tinted my Fiesta with 3M Crystalline series which is the top end range. The one in Beta could be a standard film like Color Stable series? I didn't see they mention anything about Crystalline series.

Hi Carlos,,

I already got myBeta.. My SA also saying about that but the tinted seems okay and for me its enough. Its seem like match with black because if too darker, the car will look like "tongdrum" bcause all dark...Haha..=)
