Just went for my first 10000KM service. Their service is good but just a lil bit quiet and they don't talk much to their customers. Just simple, Q&A type conversation. Took about 40 minutes to change oil and oil filter, general checkup (tires, undercarriage and suspension components) since I'm the first one to arrived for appointment.

I saw the engine oil in black container and the invoice stated it is Castrol Magnatec Professional A5. Then, I went on and driven the car around right after service to see if it's all good. Well, besides lowering tire pressure to my liking at 34psi front and 30 psi rear (SC pumped 36 psi in all tires), the rest are OK.

In the end, it's a good SC although they could be more, well, 'proactive' in customer relations, ya know, like greet you, then tell u what's goin on and stuff.

Yes they are good. but for some reason they have an attitude problem.
They don't even give a damn to greet you. Not a good center to go anymore after Thong resigned.

Agreed with Randy's terms.

And it also have no Allingment machine there, which might be trouble, if you would like to check/fix the car allignment problems.

damn, my car went thru a big pot hole not too long ago and was thinking goin for alignment check...

Puchong SC are total sucks now, totally different when helpful Thong's was around. I went there last week and when i enter the door, they straight away said "Sorry today we fully booked already, come back next week". And then i walked in to their workshop, seriously no car at all. They were sleeping and playing with their phones. After argument they did service for me but with a shitty face. As you guy's can see from the picture below empty workshop if without my FoFi there.
