iPhone (4s) with Ford Audio (Bluetooth)
Hi All,
Just received the fiesta sports hatch back 3 days ago. Hence, seek forummer's kind advice on the subject above.
Am using an iphone 4s to pair with my car's audio system which was a success. The bluetooth icon on display panel was visible and able to view the phone book.
Scenario 1
After I've key-ed in the mobile number frm dashboard panel, upon pressing the "dial" button, it just didn't do anything and display screen went to radio mode (showing what radio station am listening to at that moment).
Scenario 2
Using another hp, I could receive the call but could not hear the ring tone from car speakers which i thought it would mute the radio.
Scenario 3
By pressing the voice command button at the signal stick, nothing happened. Shouted my throat out but nothing.
Btw, I was flipping the manual book while doing the scenarios above. Am I doing it all wrong? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a manufacturing defect. Send back to service center. Btw, u didn't try it out when pick up phone? I asked only my sales agent paired my phone for me and tested it on the spot.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
- Confirm with your SA first, since its only a few days after you get your car.
- Above link is for software update (with instructions) for FORD SYNC
- Some members confirmed it fixes issues with iPOD/IOS connectivity
- There is a chance your FORD SYNC is already updated. In that case, software update will state it so and you should bring back to service centre for further inspection.
- Good luck.
