Re: ECU remap~~~~~
Unless you change your tyre size, why would you want to do a remap?

Re: ECU remap~~~~~
Need more information such like :
1. Will it void warranty ?
2. If change RIM size to 17 > Need to remap ECU ?
3. Which part of the performance does it increase ?
4. Is it worth it ?
5. Any bad side effect (Short term & Long term)
Please update us on this anyone who have done or have knowledge in this

Re: ECU remap~~~~~
Unless you swapped your exhaust system to those sport type, or change air filter. Then, i think you need to remap your ECU to get the optimum hp and torque out from your new setup. But i don't see the point of doing unless you're have turbocharged your engine or stuff like that. I also suggest you guys check this previous post from another member, [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] in regards to warranty issues.
IMO, Fiesta in stock form is actually quite fast for typical Malaysia roads, highway and b-roads. You just need to get used to the car, learn how to control the throttle, use the lil' button on the right side of your gear knob, shift to L, pump Shell 97, there you go, sir! I did actually managed to 'play' with a Polo Tsi and surprised the driver a lil' bit
