Ford Fiesta In Malaysia Facebook Hiding my posts!?

I have posted a issue with my Ford Fiesta regarding my carpet in the boot which has melted into the chassis and causing some serious issues which i have Ford Fiesta in Malaysia Facebook. They seem to have hidden the post and only can be viewed by my own Facebook account and have hidden it to all the other viewers. I have heard incidents that Ford Fiesta In Malaysia Facebook has hidden and deleted many of viewers fofi issues or what not and they claim that its a Spam Protection. Fiesta Club Malaysia has a Facebook Page however it never seems to be having such illogical excuse of what Spam or rubbish. The post was actually viewable for an hour or so, but on the very next day, it seems to be hidden from everyone besides the original poster themselves. I just came back from SDAC PJ and had a chat with the management in charge of the issue including Queenie Etc. Whoever the Admin is in Ford Fiesta In Malaysia, I am disgusted with the way you handle the issues, not only you did not handle the issue, you hide the issue.

I have check mine, it seems to be OK for the meantime but if the carpet can melt in Jason's car, we can presumed that it will also do so in ours over a period of time. However I find the PJ SDAC to be wanting when it comes to handlings issues and customer's complaints. An example is the rusted drive shaft issue which they only look into it seriously after a customer gave them a nice kick up the back side. There are also several other occasions which they just try to shelf off any complaints that we bring up to them. This type of culture just baffles me as they neither seem to be interested in solving the problems we as the initial batch of consumers face nor use the feedback that we give them to improve on the production line of future cars coming out from the factory in Rayong. If the car doesn't give us give any problems to us, I don't think any of us are that free to either travel all the way to their service center during workdays or write in a complaint (be it short or lengthy) to them. With all these happening at this point of time, they give an impression of it being more concerned about having to change parts for us during the warranty period than resolving our issues and improving the production quality of the car which of course is a sad thing and a big dent to their reputation of reliability.

sigh. that's a bad culture in businesses in M'sia. everyone is just sales-oriented.
