Guys, have anybody tried installing sunroof on their fiesta. I thought it would look great thou .. haha Laughing

First of all, Malaysia weather with sunroof.....nah.

Secondly, that involves cutting a hole in your roof, and your chassis may not be design to accomodate a sunroof so if the car turtles in an accident, the structure may be compromised.

thirdly, I dunno if your car can pass PUSPAKOM with an aftermarket sunroof.

The are 3 points of viewing in MOONROOF / SUNROOF...
1) Authority - JPJ/PUSPAKOM safety inspection, during selling & name transfering issue, no doubt Fiesta have moonroof version
2) Structure - Yes, Fiesta have Moonroof version in some country. We can ASSUME the Thailand built Fiesta are able to do the same job, else you will surfer chasis twisting tension
3) Function - We have moonroof/sunroof is for ventilation without aircond fresh air intake in Malaysia (I'm doubt in Klang Valley).
After consider such features do you still wanna have moonroof or sunroof?

Take a ride on a panaromic glass roof car and experience it, you might thought the car air-cond temperature are set too high

Also... I have experienced my Pajero with moonroof closer failure, cause i stopped in the petrol station to wait the rain to stopped!

Yesterday I test drove the Kia Rio SX, the one with sunroof. It was sunny so when I open the roof cover I can already feel the heat, then I open the roof glass....wahlau feel like being cooked alive Suspect

no really was my fault, suddenly hand itchy and the rubber like slipped-off its position therefore water dripping, but my roof later got stained lol
Hahaha that is only a test drive, what if during pre-CNY jam in Bukit Bintang... I have a CAR SAUNA before
