Concerned Issues.... (Topic #1 updated with 18 issues)

U sound like very confident that it fall while u driving~

"tuk tuk" sound coming out from front passenger window when the window is slightly opened (around 2 inches). Seems the window is knocking something.
Went to the SC for my annual service. They applied some lubricant on it but the sound still remain.
Also asked them to replace the tow cover for me. But they said need to confirm with PJ SC first.

for the towing cover, it is stated that SDAC is going to replace for 1 item... but i went over to ask the service center during my service the other day. They say cannot replace. What should i do to ask for replacement?

Hye.. Just checking if it's normal to have gap on both Rear LH/RH fenders cover ? (above tire) while on the Front side firmly clip...

i reversed parked my week old fofi just now. after putting on P and handbrake, the engine died! i didnt touch the key.

do any of u sifus know why?

Send it back to SC better..

There is a reason for that. All cars have the once-in-a-while hiccup, new or old. If it never happens again, they cannot re-produce the problem they also won't know what is wrong.

If it does happen again, note down the circumstances of the incident, then let the technicians know so they can re-produce the problem.

here's what happened to me today:
after lunch,tried to start my car,turn the key to on,but im in bit of hurry so didnt wait for all the checklight to clear before i crank the engine. heard the regular clicking sound before the engine crank but this time,everything just dead. no checklight,no radio,no alarm no everything.

i tried removing the keys and turning it back to on several time but to no avail.

thought it might be because of the battery are dead,so i open up the front hood to check then suddenly my friend said that the radio is on already. after that,everything goes back to normal but my clock are reset to 2012.

so tonight while driving around shah alam,while entering the roundabout suddenly warning chime sounds and my cars jerking like sh**.its like the gearbox are stucked at first gear and cannot shift up. engine check light are on (the one with pinion gears are engine checklight right?)..and message displayed on the screen is something like engine problem please service..so i pulled over and restart the engine.now everything is going back to normal..any idea guys?

i think this has got to do with the ECU. maybe cranking up ur engine before the ECU are ready can damage the ECU itself?

If might be TCU error. Send your car to Ford SC to check if the ECU or TCU stored any error code, then they might be able to find out what is wrong.

nope not this one..its the one with pinion gear.going to set an appointment for next week to check my baby.do i have to bring any document with me?
today while driving suddenly warning chime sounds.i check for warning lights on the ODO and center display,but nothing.car also running like usual..haihh..whats wrong with my baby.hope its nothing serious

yesterday the same problem repeats again..when i try to crank the engine,everything goes dead not even the radio or alarm.. have to wait afew minutes until everything goes back to normal and yes,everything resets back after that.clock,fuel meter but not the radio presets.
anybody experienced or heard about this issue before? anyway,can u guys provide me with the contact number of any good SC that can assist me with this issue? im worried after this,the power wont be restored and i cant start my engine

The pj ford service center ask my car to leave at the workshop overnight for major service at 60k milleage, is it true? But i don't has another car, do they provide car for a day?
